IN15 steam ejector
The Spirax Sarco steam ejector uses steam to heat water or other fluids. When working, the steam jet sucks and mixes the liquid from the annular hole, and then sprays the heated hot water into the water tank.
Ejector-induced circulation ensures adequate mixing and avoids temperature stratification differences. Three caliber injectors are available for a very wide range of applications. The smallest IN15 injector has internal / external threads and can be installed directly on the tank wall or piped into the tank. IN25M and IN40M have external thread and butt welding type, and are installed as IN15 injector. When higher flow rates are required, two or more injectors can be installed in parallel.

Spirax Sarco IN15 Ejector Installation Precautions
The IN25M injector is installed in a lower position in the water tank, preferably at the center line, to spray steam horizontally. The pipes can be inside or outside the tank. Steam pipes must be well fixed to prevent vibration and stress on the tank wall. It is recommended to use a suitable adhesive at the threaded interface.
The dia
meter of the pipe is the same as that of the injector. For example, the IN25M injector uses a 25mm pipe.
