The Spirax Sarco QUICKHEAT unit uses steam as a heat source for precise heating control of low-temperature hot water systems and process hot water. Different types of systems can provide loads of 50-10,000kw. Either steam side control or condensate side control can be used.
The QUICKHEAT unit uses an innovative plate and shell heat exchanger as its core, which is resistant to high pressure and high temperature. It can use high pressure steam and superheated steam as a heat source without decompression or temperature reduction. The whole system is compact in design, has a smaller footprint, height and width compared to other heat exchange solutions, and is easy to install, saving valuable installation space.
