Airodyn compressed air trap
Spirax Sarco's Airdyn is a thermodynamic compressed air trap. The outer surface is treated with ENP antioxidants.
One side of the disc is a flat surface with a scratch laterally outward, and the other side of the disc has a processed annular groove. Airodyn is delivered with the ring groove side facing the valve seat for a clean operating system. If the system is dirty, use a suitable wrench to loosen the bonnet, and reverse the disc with the drain scratch facing the valve seat. Tighten the bonnet without using a gasket, but it should be coated with high temperature grease. Tighten the bonnet to the proper torque. Do not use a movable wrench. Prevent the bonnet torsion ring. If used in extremely dirty environments, deepen the scratches or increase the number of scratches (up to 3 scratches).
