The 4000 series Capsuhelic® differential pressure gauge for liquids can quickly and accurately indicate the differential pressure. It can be used to indicate the differential pressure across the liquid
filter, the tank level, or any other application that requires positive, negative or differential pressure. Pressure measurement occasions.
The design concept of reliable and durable Magnehelic & differential pressure gauge is adopted. The structure is simple and reliable. The movement is wear-free. It can accurately read as low as 0.5 inches of water column. The sealed diaphragm box can be used to measure when the static pressure reaches 500psig. Differential pressure below 0.1 inches of water.
The precision capsule measuring element does not need to be filled with liquid and can be used outdoors. Zero point and span can be adjusted externally, without disassembling the instrument during calibration or maintenance.
Note: It can be used for hydrogen, but Buna-N cyanide rubber diaphragm must be selected when ordering. The working pressure is 35psi.

Housing: Die cast aluminum with impregnated hard coating, standard. Optional forged brass housing is required for water or water based fluids.Special material diaphragms available, contact factory.

Process Connections: 1/4" female NPT high and low pressure taps, duplicated - one pair top for air and gas, and one pair bottom for liquids.
Weight: 3 lb, 3 oz (1.45 kg) aluminum case; 7 lb, 13 oz (3.54 kg) brass case.
Standard Accessories: Two 1/4" NPT plugs for duplicate pressure taps, four flush mounting adapters with screws and four surface mounting screws.
