2-5000 Series Minihelic® II Differential Pressure Gauge
The 2-5000 Series Minihelic® II differential pressure gauges are compact, small in size, low in price, and high in accuracy. They are widely used in a variety of applications where differential pressure monitoring is required. Minihelic®Ⅱ differential pressure gauge is a full-function analog differential pressure gauge with a pressure resistance of 30psig. It is our smallest and smallest differential pressure gauge. As long as a 2-5 / 8 ”diameter hole is opened in the disk surface, it can be conveniently used for disk surface installation. The standard configuration is a push-in connector, and a 1/8” NPT male thread connector can also be selected. With over-pressure safety protection function, the meter will not be damaged as long as the pressure is lower than the withstand value. Its front and rear panels can be removed for easy access and maintenance.
The differential pressure gauge uses a glass-reinforced plastic shell, and the disc surface is made of plexiglass, which makes it durable and can withstand higher pressures. Its accuracy is 5% and its price is low. It is especially suitable for various equipment manufactured by OEM, such as fume hood, medical ventilator, air sampler, laminar flow hood, air treatment machine, etc. Minihelic®Ⅱ differential pressure gauges are most suitable for those applications that do not require the high accuracy, sensitivity and small differential pressure measurement like Magnehelic & differential pressure gauges.
• The shell is injection molded of fiberglass reinforced nylon.
• The pointer stop is molded rubber to avoid damage when the pointer is over-ranged.
• The wide-angle lens dial is made of plexiglass and can be removed.
• The aluminum scale plate is printed with lithography, with black characters and white background, and the reading is clear.
• The red pointer at the end is very eye-catching and fixed on the screw shaft.
• Cross-arm fittings assemble the screw shaft, screw bearing and pointer shaft together.
• Gem bearings allow frictionless movement of the screw shaft.
• The screw shaft is precision made of a high-permeability alloy. With the jewel bearing, it moves freely and is used to rotate the pointer to indicate the scale.
• The spiral shaft is matched with a jewel bearing, which uses magnetic force to rotate the pointer to indicate the scale.
• The span calibration reed uses a fixed effective length and is factory set and sealed.
• The silicone diaphragm can accurately measure very small differential pressures and has a wide temperature range. There is an over-pressure ejection protection zone.
• The diaphragm fixing plate is made of light aluminum material, and the diaphragm is fixed on both sides of the diaphragm. The precise positioning ensures the sensitivity of the pressure sensing area.
• The range reed is driven by the pressure transmitted by the diaphragm. Its effective length is adjustable for easy calibration. The stroke is very small, which guarantees high accuracy and long service life.
• The low-voltage connection connects directly to the rear compartment.
• The linkage spring elastically couples the diaphragm and the range reed.
• The ceramic magnetic block is installed at the end of the range reed and uses magnetism to drive the screw shaft without any mechanical direct connection.
• The high-pressure interface uses an internal path to connect the front chamber. The sealing ring is at the edge of the diaphragm, and is integrally molded with the diaphragm.
