Working principle of imported ultra high pressure solenoid valve:
Normally closed solenoid valve, when the
coil is energized, the moving iron core attracts and opens the pressure relief hole, so that the pressure on the upper part of the main valve core is reduced, so that the main valve core is pushed upward by the pressure difference, and the valve is opened; when After the
coil is de-energized, the moving iron core drops due to its own weight and the action of the moving iron core spring. The pressure relief hole is closed, so that the upper surface of the main valve core forms pressure. In addition to the main valve core compression spring and its own weight, the main valve core drops to the valve port. The valve is closed.
Normally open solenoid valve. When the
coil is energized, the pressure relief hole forms a closed state opposite to normally closed and the valve is closed. When the
coil is powered off, the pressure relief hole forms an open state opposite to normally closed and the valve is opened.
Principle with signal feedback device: When the solenoid valve is open, the common line is in communication with the open signal line and is not in communication with the close signal line; when the solenoid valve is closed, the common line is in communication with the close signal line and is not connected with the open signal line.
