The conventional hand wheel actuator generally installs the hand wheel mechanism between the valve and the actuator through a connecting piece to achieve an emergency braking function, but a plurality of connecting members place high demands on processing and mounting accuracy.

In order to ensure the proper operation of the pneumatic actuator, the air supply of the pneumatic actuator must be disconnected before any manual operation is performed manually.
The transmission torque of the manual emergency handwheel acting on the pneumatic actuator is in accordance with UNI EN 12570-2001.
The torque output by the handwheel is equal to the rated torque of the pneumatic actuator.
