American YLOK imported pneumatic film cut-off valve adopts top guide structure, equipped with multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S streamlined fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, and convenient disassembly and assembly. The shut-off valve receives the signal from the regulating instrument, cuts off, opens or changes the flow direction of the medium to achieve automatic control of process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature or liquid level. It is widely used in the production process automatic control and remote control system of various industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, textile and so on.
    Imported pneumatic shut-off valve products have two types: membrane type and piston type. The valve body structure has three types: single seat, sleeve and double seat (two-position three-way). The sealing form includes packing seal and bellow seal. The nominal pressure grade of the product is PN10-320, etc., and the nominal diameter ranges from DN10 to 300mm. The applicable fluid temperature is -196～450℃. The leakage level is IV or VI. The flow characteristic is quick opening.

The shut-off valve adopts a multi-spring actuator and is connected to the adjustment mechanism with three uprights, the entire height can be reduced by about 30%, and the weight can be reduced by about 30%.
The valve body is designed according to the principle of fluid mechanics into a uniform cross-section low flow resistance flow channel, and the rated flow coefficient is increased by 30%.
The internal sealing part of the valve has two types: tight type and soft sealing. The tight type is made of surfacing hard alloy, and the soft sealing type is made of soft materials. The sealing performance is excellent when closed.
The balanced valve trim increases the allowable pressure difference of the shut-off valve.
The bellows seal type forms a complete seal on the moving valve stem, blocking the possibility of medium leakage.
