Main features of imported electric ball valve:
1. The thrust bearing reduces the friction moment of the valve stem, which can make the valve stem operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time.
2. Anti-static function: a spring is set between the ball, valve stem and valve body, which can lead out the static electricity generated during the switching process.
3. Since materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene have good self-lubricating properties, the friction loss with the ball is small, so the service life of the ball valve is long.
4. The bottom-mounted valve stem and the convex step of the valve stem head prevent the valve stem from ejecting. If the valve stem seal is damaged due to fire, the convex step and the valve body can also form metal contact to ensure the valve stem seal.
5. The fluid resistance is small. The ball valve is the smallest fluid resistance of all valves. Even the reduced diameter ball valve has a relatively small fluid resistance.
6. The valve seat has good sealing performance. The sealing ring made of PTFE and other elastic materials is easy to seal, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
7. The valve stem is reliable in sealing. Because the valve stem is only used for imitating rotation and not lifting, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing ability increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.
Installation method of imported electric ball valve
1. Any section of the ball valve can be installed at the upstream end, and the handle ball valve can be installed at any position of the pipeline. If the ball valve of the actuator (such as gear box, electro-pneumatic actuator) is configured, it must be installed vertically, at the inlet and outlet of the valve. In a horizontal position.
2. Install a gasket between the ball valve flange and the pipeline flange according to the pipeline design requirements.
3. The bolts on the flange should be tightened symmetrically, successively and evenly.
4. If the ball valve adopts pneumatic or electric actuators, complete the installation of air source and power supply according to the instructions.
Precautions for imported electric ball valve
1. The ambient temperature should be controlled within -25℃-70℃.
