Soft seat provides repeatable leak-proof performance; reduces maintenance costs, multiple cycles with hermetically closed and high seat consistency (330, 330S, and 333S models).
The 230 model (no coding) is designed for direct spring loading with synthetic valve inserts.
The 330 Series differential mechanism keeps the predetermined seat in contact with the load.
Full spring load is not applied to composite valve inserts (330, 330S, and 333S models).
When the inlet pressure is close to the set (opening) pressure, the seat tightness is improved.
Each valve is tested and checked for pressure setting and leakage.
