Fisher ™ DSA Steam Conditioning Desuperheater
Fisher DSA desuperheaters use high pressure steam to quickly and thoroughly atomize water spray in low flow steam lines. The desuperheater is flanged to DN 200 (NPS 8) or larger pipes. This desuperheater is suitable for applications that require a high adjustable ratio.

Features

DSA desuperheaters can be placed anywhere in the pipeline.
In a DSA desuperheater, a mixture of high-pressure steam is sprayed with water to produce a critical or near-critical pressure drop in the atomized steam at a very high flow rate. The high flow velocity atomizes the water spray into very fine particles for rapid cooling.
