Fisher ™ EZ-OVT Trim
Fisher EZ-OVT trim is a dual-seat trim designed to maintain long-term tight shutoff during switching conditions where fluids containing particulates such as catalyst powders are present. These valves are suitable for controlling and cleaning switching gases such as hydrogen and nitrogen used in UOP continuous catalyst regeneration (CCR) refining processes.

Features
EZ-OVT trims have a dual seat design, including a main soft seat and an auxiliary metal seat. This dual-seat design provides long-term ANSI and IEC VI standard-level shutoff capabilities.
The internal dead zone design of the trim makes the non-aggressive fluid flow through the seat surface when the trim just leaves the seat.
When the valve leaves the seat, a special deflector guides the flow away from the seat surface.
Wider fluid channels and minimal moving parts reduce the build-up of materials such as catalyst powder in these areas, thereby preventing failures.
