Features
Perfluoroalkoxy resin-lined components isolate metal parts from process media and provide corrosion protection, making them ideal for controlling highly corrosive media.
Since all metal parts are isolated from the process fluid, there is no need to use expensive alloys.
All areas of the valve that come into contact with the process fluid have a lining thickness of at least 5 mm. Conveying technology provides first-class consistency, density, and low permeability. The formed PFA material is translucent.
By adopting the mechanical combination of dovetail anchoring, the possibility of the liner falling off from the cast valve body is reduced, and the safety under vacuum and high temperature working conditions is improved.
Top-loading design facilitates online maintenance.
PTFE bellows seals are leak tight and, if used and maintained properly, have an expected service life of more than 500,000 full stroke cycles.
