1640 series micro differential pressure switch for three-position control is an innovative micro differential pressure switch based on the 1630 series switch. It has a single-pole double-throw floating contact switch that can keep the switch in an intermediate position.
The diagram shows the working principle: when the diaphragm is pushed by the differential pressure, it drives the floating point switch to generate action at two preset points. If it is between the preset points, the switch has no action. When the differential pressure rises to a high preset point, the high-position switch is turned off, and when the differential pressure decreases to a low preset point, the low-position switch is turned off.
A typical application example is a motor-driven damper. When the static pressure in the duct increases to the maximum preset point, the switch controls the position of the driving damper. When the static pressure decreases to the minimum preset point, the switch also drives the damper. Position statement. If a pitot tube is used in conjunction with it, the same principle is used to control the wind speed, and the supply pipe maintains a constant supply of air.
