VALVE FUNCTIONAL FEATURES
This valve is a pneumatic cut-off valve. Normally open type pneumatic bellows cut-off valve. When the solenoid valve is working and the air source valve is opened, the power is turned off. The console (microcomputer) is used in conjunction with the air source to control the opening and closing of the valve.
Double bee design (corrugated tube + packing) If the bellow fails, the valve stem packing will also avoid leakage, ensuring zero leakage of the valve stem, providing no maintenance conditions.
When an accident occurs, the valve coil is momentarily powered off, triggering the two-position three-way solenoid valve to quickly exhaust and enter the self-locking state. At this time, even if the area power supply is removed. The valve remains closed and does not reopen automatically.
When a staff member handles an accident, he must perform maintenance in a state where there is no air pressure and no power supply. After the accident is handled, the valve will be manually reopened to resume the gas supply, that is, to energize ventilation.
The valve uses a pilot-operated disc, which opens easily and flexibly, even when the pressure reaches 1.6 MPa. It is very easy to open. When the actuator is pressurized, the pilot valve opens. When the actuator is depressurized, the valve automatically closes. The valve uses the check valve principle and can only be cut off in one direction. When installing, you must pay attention to the valve flow direction mark.
