Ideal for thin-walled containers
The simplest solution for thin-walled containers 1/4" thick (6 mm): ELS-1100FLG series level switch. Hygienic flange series, no threaded holes required for installation. Inserted into a 0.75" (19 mm) Small holes, then tighten the nut; high quality gaskets ensure sealing performance. This is an ideal choice for thin metal walls, injection molded containers and medical applications. Because the exposed thread structure is not used, potential bacterial breeding sites can be eliminated.
The ELS1100 level
sensor is low cost, compact and photoelectric. Because there are no moving parts, these level switches are suitable for a wide range of single point level measurements, especially where reliability and economy are both affordable.
