Low cost concept

The machine has a throttle mechanism, and the measuring principle is the same as that of the differential pressure flowmeter, such as orifice plate, nozzle and Venturi. The throttling mechanism adopts the elliptical nozzle developed by our company, which has a large number of actual results, and can realize high precision measurement through a short straight pipe section.
A multivariable sensor with high precision for differential pressure, pressure and temperature is used in the transmitter. The multivariable sensor compensates the detected process variables for accurate mass flow.
High precision mass flow measurement

Flowmeter used in factory management uses multivariable sensors to detect process changes, to calculate the necessary expansion compensation coefficient of gas, compression coefficient and other high-speed operations, and achieves the accuracy of 6550
Automatic range function

The differential pressure flowmeter calculates the differential pressure and needs to set the range of instantaneous flow according to the flow value and other fluid conditions. But factory air is almost not clear. Factory management uses flowmeters to store the maximum flow value of the actual flow even when the flow is not clear, and to automatically set the range of the automatic measurement function.
Wide flow range

Flowmeters for plant management have a large range ratio of 100:1 and can cover a wide range of flow measurement. Therefore, when choosing the caliber, as long as you choose the same caliber as the factory air distribution pipe, you do not need to care about the size of the flow.
Rich display function

The front LCD displays the instantaneous flow value, the accumulated flow value and the velocity value.
It can also display the pressure value of the multivariable sensor for compensating operation and can be used as a monitoring pressure gauge.
Flexibly corresponding to site setup conditions

It can be installed on the horizontal piping (top photo of page) - vertical piping (photo 1) of the factory air distribution system. In addition, the pipes of each production line of each building are laid on the upper part of 3-5m, which can be corresponded with the separated type (photo 2).

In addition, the flow path or throttling part adopts the structure which is not easy to produce adhesion and clogging, and the necessary upstream side straight pipe length only needs 0.5D, so it can be used in various settings.
Functions for energy saving activities

Cost display function
In the energy-saving activities of factory air, we often know from our customers that factory air is free to use. To address this issue, the function of estimating the amount of cost (yen or US dollars) required by setting factory air costs and showing how much the current flow will cost is carried out. By showing costs, we will promote the inspiring and educational activities of on-site operators.
Leak detection function
The leak detection function is the function of calculating the air leakage rate (%) of a factory according to the pressure in the pipe measured by a multivariable sensor. If the leakage rate is determined as the management benchmark value and exceeds the benchmark value, the patrol and anti-leakage measures can be implemented, and the tendency management can be realized without pressure gauge.
