The testing department adopts the thermal flow sensor called "mu F sensor" independently developed by our company. It is a gas mass flow controller with advanced actuator control technology.
The fast response of wide flow control range is achieved by using the speciality of the F sensor.
It is most suitable for glass in factory production process, flame control in brazing process and other former mass flow controllers which are difficult to control low-pressure gas supply flow control.
A wide range of products has expanded the range of available applications.
Mass flow measurement

It has nothing to do with the temperature and pressure of air and gas. It can be converted into standard flow.
(* standard flow rate refers to volume flow at 1 atmospheric pressure, 0 degree C (or 20 degree C).

Wide range of detection

Compared with the low flow area of the maximum flow rate, the general gas flowmeter is difficult to detect. By carrying the mu F sensor, it can achieve a wide range of measurement and control. The adjustable ratio of mass flowmeter CMS is 100:1 and the adjustable ratio of mass flowmeter CML is 160:1 (measuring range is 1,280:1).
It is most suitable for air and gas consumption management and energy saving leakage management.

quick response

The micro and very small thermal capacity of the MEMS sensor is directly contacted with the gas for detection, and the rapid response is achieved.

Low loss structure

The F sensor is installed on the wall of the flow path and has the characteristics of low pressure loss. It is most suitable for low gas flow detection and control.

High-precision

The characteristics of the F sensor change very little over time and can maintain high accuracy for a long time.

Various functions

By controlling the accumulation of the computer technology, the previous mass flowmeter does not have a variety of functions.
