The Lee Micro Dispensing Nozzle can be used with the VHS Series Micro Dispensing Solenoid Valve to provide an easy way to precisely control the micro-distribution of fluids. These nozzles are designed for applications where the volume of liquid to be dispensed is microliters or nanoscale. For system design flexibility, these nozzles are available in two mounting options: 062MINSTAC threaded end and straight tube. The nozzle with the 062MINSTAC threaded end can be attached directly to the VHS solenoid valve with the 062MINSTAC outlet.
In addition to standard stainless steel nozzles, Lee also has a small number of Teflon coated nozzles. The Teflon coating helps prevent "hanging" droplets at the end of the dispense.
