Digital control, accurate and reliable The Bray S6A series of intelligent electro-pneumatic positioners provide precise flow control, instant display and advanced measurement. S6A's unique technology features strong stability, quality components and superior performance. The S6A Series positioners are microprocessor controlled and have all the advantages of digital electronics. The microprocessor continuously compares the command signal to the actual position of the valve and makes an immediate adjustment until the two values are matched. The locator accepts a 4-20 mA analog input signal.
The S6A positioner is easy to install, simple to calibrate, economical and practical, with HART or bus input signals. The combined product line can be ordered according to specific usage conditions. Optional and installation of the board allows the positioner to have more features. Positioners for single-acting and double-acting actuators are standard, and are available in safety, protection and FM, CSA, CE and ATEX certified products.
The product for the lowest airflow consumption. The Piezo valve technology controls the supply of airflow within the component, reducing airflow during operation and maintaining zero leakage when the state is stable. The energy saving alone can recover the cost of purchasing the product within one year. In addition, energy saving and noise reduction are beneficial to the environment. The S 6 A series waterproof enclosures are NEMA 4, 4x and IP66 compliant. The standard waterproof housing is made of durable, lightweight, polymer with good chemical resistance.
The waterproof/explosion-proof housing meets NEMA 4, 4x7 & 9 specifications. This type of casing is made of die-cast aluminum with an epoxy coating on the surface for corrosion protection. A waterproof stainless steel housing is available upon request.
The Bray S6A series LCD display makes the valve position, operating status, and keyboard input clear at a glance.
The display is equipped with a housing that clearly and accurately shows the actual angular change of the valve. The positioner's operating mode (automatic or manual) and warning information are also displayed. Removing the cover reveals that the buttons on the keypad play many roles, including automatic calibration, setpoint confirmation and display setpoint progress, voltmeter adjustment, diagnostic verification, and reporting of fault information.
