The coil type control valve can be switched from 3-way (3-position 2-way) to 4-way (5-position 2-way). These components can be used when switching type electric operation is required.
Spring-return or double-acting actuators are used together. There are 3 types of standard coil housing/connecting tubes that can be used with this product: regular type, waterproof type (NEMA)
4, 4X) and explosion-proof (NEMA4, 4X, 7 & 9) housing connecting tube is 1/2" NPT, IP65 single coil PG9 with coil sealing performance
Connect the tube. All housing types have built-in single or double coils. The coil is certified by UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and certified by CSA (China Software Alliance). All 63 series solenoid valves are CE marked.
Manual control
On the solenoid valve, each component has a mechanical manual operating mechanism as standard. In the event of a power outage, manual control requires only the rotation of a manually controlled knob to transfer gas from one compartment of the pneumatic actuator to another.
Direct installation
In line with NAMUR (VDI/VDE 3845) standards, all Bray Series 63 solenoid valves can be mounted directly to the Bray Series 92/93 pneumatic actuators without the need for external piping. This direct-installation feature of Bray makes installation outdoors quick and easy. Series 55 speed controllers are independently controllable for actuator travel speeds on both sides and are optional. The 3-way & 4-way switchable solenoid valve is equipped with a slider, a sliding washer, an O-ring (which can be installed between the slider and the actuator) and a mounting bolt that convert between the 3-way and 4-way.
Selection
Series 63 can be selected from the following materials: stainless steel housing, low voltage, high security components.
Intelligent and digital Bray solenoid valves are available in the DiviceNet and Profibus-PA protocols, including AS-I interface solenoid valves.
