Why does ink need to be heated at a constant temperature before entering the nozzle?
Industrial piezoelectric nozzles are extremely sensitive to ink viscosity. When the temperature is low, the viscosity of the ink increases, and the pressure loss increases when it flows through the fine channels inside the nozzle, which can easily lead to ink breakage, ink flying, and ink droplet landing point deviation; If the temperature is too high, it may cause excessive solvent evaporation and ink deterioration.
