Product Description
The 4002-H2 combination normally open and normally closed solenoid valve is a three-way directional solenoid valve that innovatively integrates one normally open valve and one normally closed valve into the same valve body. The product has a diameter of DN6mm, and the valve body is made of stainless steel 316 material. The internal flow channel is designed as a three-way structure (A port, B port, C port), and the flow direction of the medium is automatically switched through the on/off control of the electromagnetic coil - when not powered on, A port is connected to C port (normally open circuit), and when powered on, it switches to B port and C port (normally closed circuit). This product is suitable for process scenarios that require switching a single medium to two different outlets as needed, or importing two different media into the same outlet as needed.
The core logic of one normally open and one normally closed three-way reversing
The 4002-H2 model integrates two independent control pathways internally:
Constant open circuit (A → C): In the power-off state, conduction occurs, and the medium flows from port A to port C.
Constant closed circuit (B → C): When powered on, the medium flows from port B to port C.
Two channels share the C port as a common exit, and achieve interlocking switching between A-C on/B-C off and A-C off/B-C on states through power on/off control. This combination design simplifies the traditional directional function that requires two independent solenoid valves and three-way fittings, greatly saving installation space and pipeline complexity.
High flow three-way design with lower flow resistance
Different from common micro three-way solenoid valves, the 4002-H2 model is designed with optimized flow channels for high flow conditions. The DN6mm diameter is matched with an internal large section flow channel to ensure minimal pressure loss during medium switching, making it suitable for applications that require maintaining system pressure and flow.
