Product Description
The 4001-P6 two-way solenoid valve combination valve is a high-performance solenoid valve product developed specifically for precise on-off control of corrosive gases and liquid media. The product adopts PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene all plastic valve body material, with a 6-inlet and 1-outlet channel structure, and each channel is independently controlled by electromagnetic control, achieving selective introduction or centralized convergence of multiple media. Featuring three core characteristics of zero pressure differential start-up, zero leakage sealing, and excellent corrosion resistance, it provides highly reliable solutions for harsh industrial fluid control scenarios.
PTFE material, resistant to almost all strongly corrosive media
The valve body and flow channel body are made of PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene material, which has excellent chemical inertness and can withstand strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong alkalis, organic solvents, and various corrosive gases. Different from the metal valve body+coating scheme, the all PTFE structure has no risk of coating peeling, eliminating the possibility of medium contact with metal parts from the root, ensuring the purity of the medium and the service life of the valve body under long-term use.
Zero pressure differential start, suitable for ultra-low pressure/vacuum conditions
The solenoid valve adopts a zero pressure difference design, and can be opened and closed normally without establishing a minimum working pressure difference.
