Product Overview
The 8001-A1 normally open pinch valve is a new generation of high-performance electromagnetic pinch valve specially designed by Kunag Fluid Control Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for medical instruments and environmental protection equipment. The product adopts a normally open (NO) design, which controls the on/off of the fluid by driving the squeezing or releasing of the hose through an electromagnetic solenoid. The medium only passes through the hose, and other components of the valve body do not come into contact with the fluid, achieving true isolation medium control. The product supports 25 hose specifications (inner diameter X outer diameter: Φ 1X3~Φ 12X15), suitable for various pipe materials such as silicone hoses, biochemical hoses, fluorohoses, etc.
Core advantages
Isolation medium design to prevent cross contamination
The core advantage of pinch valves is that the medium only passes through the interior of the hose, and the metal and electromagnetic components of the valve body do not come into contact with the fluid at all. This design completely eliminates the risk of particle contamination caused by friction between moving parts, ensuring high purity of the fluid. Compared with traditional solenoid valves, pinch valves have no internal small channels and no dead corners for fluid residue.
▍ Fully corrosion-resistant material, suitable for corrosive media
The valve body is made of PBT/PC alloy and stainless steel stem material, which has good temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. Flexible hoses can be selected from silicone tubing (with smooth inner walls and good rebound memory), biochemical tubing (resistant to acid and alkali solvents), or fluorine tubing (with stronger corrosion resistance), perfectly suitable for corrosive gases or liquid media. The medium pressure supports 0~200Kpa.
Zero leakage sealing process to prevent fluid leakage
Adopting high-precision sealing structure and zero leakage sealing technology to ensure no leakage during long-term operation. The valve body is designed with precise stroke and effective closing force, effectively protecting the hose and extending the service life of the clamp valve. The limit device prevents the pipe from being pinched or stuck.
▍ Normally open (NO) design, safe and reliable when powered off
The normally open design means that in the event of a power outage, the valve is in the open position and fluid can freely pass through. This feature is particularly important in medical and environmental equipment - even in the event of a power outage, the pipeline remains unobstructed, avoiding equipment failure or safety hazards caused by accidental valve closure.
