The 4001-A3 model is an integrated solenoid valve assembly specifically designed for corrosive gases and liquids. It utilizes three independent solenoid valves combined within the same valve body, achieving a compact control solution with 3-way input and 1-way common output. All components that come into contact with the medium are made of pure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, which can withstand strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, oxidants, and various corrosive fluids for extended periods. It is widely applicable to harsh working conditions in the chemical, environmental protection, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, analytical instruments, and other industries.
Core Features
Made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material
The valve body, valve core, sealing components, and flow channels are all made of imported pure PTFE or modified PTFE, which exhibits excellent chemical inertness and can withstand most corrosive media such as concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, NaOH, toluene, acetone, etc. Additionally, it can withstand temperatures up to 180°C (high-temperature version available as an option).
Integrated 3-valve manifold, 3 inlets and 1 outlet
Integrate three solenoid valves into the same module, sharing a common outlet. Each inlet can independently control different media or different pipelines, achieving:
Time-sharing/sequential switching of three corrosive fluids
Independent on-off before mixed proportioning
Switching between standby pipelines or flushing pipelines
Compared to three separate solenoid valves, the integrated structure significantly reduces installation space, decreases the number of leakage points, and facilitates system piping.
Independent electromagnetic control
Each solenoid valve is equipped with an independent coil (with standard voltage options of DC24V, 12V, or AC220V), which can be activated individually or simultaneously. The coil has a protection level of IP65 and is available in explosion-proof versions. With a fast response time (≤30ms), it is suitable for automated control systems.
Small dead zone, resistant to negative pressure
The PTFE material features a smooth inner wall and a flow channel design without dead ends, reducing medium residue. It can withstand a certain degree of negative pressure and is suitable for pumping corrosive liquids or gases.
