Features
No additional energy is needed, and it can work in the absence of electricity and gas, which is convenient, saves energy and reduces costs; the pressure setting of the nitrogen discharge valve is convenient and can be carried out under continuous production conditions; the effective area of the pressure detection diaphragm Large, the setting spring stiffness is small, the action is sensitive, and the device works smoothly; it adopts a packing-free design, the friction on the valve stem is small, the response is fast, and the control accuracy is high; to ensure the safety of the storage tank, a breathing valve must be installed on the top of the tank. Structure and working principle
The nitrogen sealing device is composed of a nitrogen sealing valve and a nitrogen drain valve. The nitrogen sealing valve is composed of a pilot and a main valve; the nitrogen relief valve is composed of a pressure-opening micro-pressure regulating valve with internal feedback. The nitrogen pressure is generally set to 100mmH20, which is precisely controlled by a nitrogen sealing device.
When the liquid inlet valve of the storage tank is opened and materials are added to the tank, the liquid level rises, the volume of the gas phase part decreases, and the pressure rises. When the pressure in the tank rises above the set value of the nitrogen discharge valve pressure, the nitrogen discharge valve opens. Nitrogen is released to the outside, so that the pressure in the tank drops, and when it drops to the set point of the nitrogen relief valve, the nitrogen relief valve is automatically closed. When the outlet valve of the storage tank is opened and the user discharges the material, the liquid level drops, the volume of the gas phase part increases, the pressure in the tank decreases, the nitrogen sealing valve opens, and nitrogen is injected into the tank to increase the pressure in the tank. When the pressure in the tank rises When the pressure setting value of the nitrogen sealing valve is reached, it will automatically close.
