The YLOK imported high temperature and high pressure regulating valve from the United States is composed of YLOK series pneumatic film multi-spring actuators or electric actuators and high temperature resistant valve bodies. The valve is used to adjust the pressure before and after the valve, with precise adjustment sensitivity and stable pressure. The temperature resistance reaches 600℃.
The imported high-temperature control valve is a pressure-balanced control valve. The inner part of the valve adopts a sleeve-oriented pilot spool. It mainly uses the pressure of the fluid to realize the rapid action of the spool with low operating force. In addition, the sealing type adopts single-seat sealing, and the flow characteristic curve has high accuracy, which meets the IEC534-1 standard. The regulating valve has good dynamic stability, low noise, anti-cavitation, and is suitable for controlling high pressure differential fluids with various temperatures.
Product features of imported high temperature control valve
The imported high temperature sleeve regulating valve adopts cylindrical thin-walled window-shaped spool to guide. Equipped with a straight-stroke electric actuator, accepting 0-10 or 4-20mA.DC signals to drive the valve to open and close. Among them, the electric high temperature sleeve regulating valve is used to mix two fluids into a third fluid, or the same fluid with different temperatures, to mix into the same temperature fluid. The three-way diverter valve divides a fluid into two fluids.

The direction in which the fluid acts on the spool is in an open state, so the working stability is good.
In addition to the bushing guide at the valve cover, the side of the valve core and the inner surface of the valve seat also have a guiding effect, with a large guide area and reliable operation.
The servo amplifier adopts deep dynamic negative feedback to improve the adjustment accuracy.
There are many types of electric operators, which can be applied to 4～20mA.DC or 0～10mA.DC.
The electric high temperature sleeve regulating valve can directly control the valve opening by the current signal, without the need of a servo amplifier.
Save automation investment. Compared with single-seat, double-seat or sleeve control valves, the same system can save a valve and simplify the system.
The bellows seal type forms a complete seal on the moving valve stem and prevents fluid leakage.
