The imported high-temperature nitric acid special self-operated regulating valve relies on the pressure and temperature of the medium flowing through the valve as an energy source to drive the valve to work automatically, without external power supply and secondary instruments. Also known as self-operated control valve.
    The self-operated pressure regulating valve does not require external energy, and can work in places without electricity and gas, which is convenient and saves energy. The pressure range is narrow and cross each other, and the adjustment accuracy is high. The pressure setting value can be set continuously during operation. Regarding the pressure adjustment after the valve, the ratio of the pressure before the valve to the pressure after the valve can be 10:1～10:8. Rubber diaphragm detection, the actuator has high measuring accuracy and sensitive action. The pressure balance mechanism is adopted to make the control valve sensitive and precise.

Installation focus
1. When the valve is used in a gas or low-viscosity liquid medium, the ZZY self-operated pressure regulating valve is usually installed upright on a horizontal pipe, and when the position space is not allowed, it is installed upside down or inclined.
2. To facilitate on-site maintenance and operation, proper space should be left around the pressure regulating valve.
3. When the medium is clean gas or liquid, the filter before the valve may not be installed.
4. The pressure regulating valve is too large (when DN≥100), there should be a fixed bracket. When it is confirmed that the medium is very clean, part 3 may not be installed.
5. When the position is not allowed, the bypass valve (manual) can be omitted (we do not recommend).
6. After the valve group, users can choose check valves, safety valves, etc. according to their needs.
7. When the valve is used in steam or high-viscosity liquid medium, the self-operated pressure regulating valve is usually installed upside down on the horizontal pipe, and the condenser (self-operated for steam) should be higher than the actuator of the pressure regulating valve and lower than before and after the valve take over. The condenser should be filled with cold water before use, and filled with water once about 3 months later.
