American YLOK imported pneumatic double-seat control valve is composed of pneumatic diaphragm multi-spring actuator and double-seat valve.
The use of a new type of multi-spring actuator has the advantages of low height, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, etc.
The double-seat valve has two spool balls, an upper and a lower spool. The thrust of the fluid acting on the upper and lower spools is opposite in direction and close in size. The unbalanced force is small, the allowable pressure difference is large, and the rated flow coefficient is higher than that of the same caliber. The single seat valve is large, but the leakage of this valve is greater than that of the single seat valve.
It is suitable for clean media where the leakage requirements are not strict and the pressure difference between the front and rear of the valve is large.
