Fisher D4 control valve is a compact, rugged, straight-through valve, mainly suitable for high-pressure throttling applications, with pneumatic or electric control options. This valve is best suited for pressure and flow control applications in the oil and gas production industry. Removable slotted pin allows quick and easy valve plug replacement.
The D4 valve provides tungsten carbide trim for wear applications.
The compact design allows it to be installed in tight spaces. The screw-tight body has a compact flange distance and the flanged body meets the ISA-75 standard to maximize versatility.
Hammer nut bonnet / body connection requires minimal tools for repair or maintenance, eliminating the need to remove the body from the piping system. The seat ring can be removed using a standard hexagon socket.
The bonnet is equipped with an integral flange, which can be tightened with a hammer nut when connecting the bonnet to the valve body. The snap ring is not used because the snap ring may fail in acidic environments or atmospheric corrosion applications.
Micro-Form trims are standard equipment for throttling or switching applications at no additional cost.
Choice of ports up to 31.8 mm (1.25 in) dia
