Wet-type (oil-immersed) solenoid valve
The maximum working pressure is 35Mpa (5000psi) and the maximum oil flow rate is 160 liters per minute (42 gallons per minute).
The oil-immersed movable iron core makes the solenoid valve stable and quiet under high pressure and high frequency operation, and can increase the valve life.
The back pressure of the oil return port can be up to 21Mpa (3040psi). Please refer to the maximum allowable pressure of each valve type in the specification table.
RAC AC and DC coils reduce voltage surges, provide quieter operation and increase relay contact life.
The double return oil flow channel design can greatly reduce the pressure drop and temperature rise of the return line.
Junction box ∕ plug coil
Provide standard large electrical box with indicator light, terminal wire remover and ground terminal.

DIN plug type coil
Standard design according to DIN 43 650 and ISO 4400 three-pin standard connectors.
The AC coil is suitable for 50 / 60Hz current, no need to change the coil and rewire when changing the frequency.
The DC coil has no polarity.
DIN plug type connector
Three-pin standard connector in accordance with DIN43 650 and ISO 4400. Provide standard AC coil with light indicator connector, and also choose DC coil with light indicator.
AC electromagnetic coil
The general 50-60Hz electromagnetic coil is used, and there is no need to replace the coil and rewire when changing the frequency.
RAC AC / DC solenoid valve (electric buffer type)
Optional AC-DC rectifier coils with RAC are available to reduce AC voltage surges from AC to DC, which makes operation quieter and prolongs relay contact life. When using a rectifier coil, long-term use can greatly reduce the heat generated by the coil.
Hydraulic buffer type solenoid valve
The solenoid valve with optional item `` '' S '' can also be provided to slow down the change speed of the valve shaft. When the electromagnet core moves in a large core tube, it will increase the conversion time by four times (depending on the temperature).
Note: RAC AC / DC / DC DC electromagnetic directional valve can be provided; before the hydraulic oil fills the oil return line, the solenoid valve will not be able to perform low shock (buffer) operation ... After a few cycles, the oil return port will automatically Full of hydraulic oil for normal operation.
Other considerations
The pressure rating of the oil return port may be lowered ... Please check the maximum allowable pressure of each valve shaft type (including pressure surge). The coil is not installed in the movable iron core. Do not send power to the AC electromagnetic coil to avoid burning. In the design of differential circuits or other special circuits, when using 2B8, 2B8L, 2D8 valve shafts, the T-hole oil return port cannot be blocked, and an oil return pipe must be piped to ensure the normal operation of the solenoid valve.
