This series of imported vacuum electric plug-in valves are electrically driven, with reasonable structural design and beautiful appearance, and have the advantages of smooth operation, small size, reliable use, good sealing performance and long life.They can be widely used in ultra-high Vacuum equipment. The valve is driven by the torque transmitted by the motor, and the link mechanism is pushed (pulled) by the transmission rod, and the drive body is moved in the axial direction. The drive body is connected to the valve plate through a swing rod or a steel ball to complete the valve plate opening and closing actions. The medium of the valve is air and non-corrosive gas.
