The imported low temperature gate valve is suitable for valves with a medium temperature of -40 ℃ ～ -196 ℃ ～ -253 ℃. It is called a low temperature valve. It is mainly used for ethylene, liquefied natural gas equipment, natural gas LPG LNG storage tanks, receiving bases and satellite stations, air separation. Equipment, petrochemical tail gas separation equipment, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, carbon dioxide cryogenic storage tanks and tank cars, pressure swing adsorption oxygen production and other devices. The low temperature valve's main parts are processed at low temperature and each batch is sampled for low temperature impact test to ensure that the valve does not crack during low temperature working conditions and can withstand the impact of low temperature medium.

1. Shell strength test at room temperature;
2. Seal test at room temperature and low pressure;
3. Normal temperature and low pressure seal test;
4. Airtightness test at low temperature (with upper seal);
5. Low temperature gas seal test, etc. to ensure that the entire low temperature valve meets the requirements of the standard;
6. The main parts of the low temperature valve are subjected to low temperature treatment and each batch is sampled for a low temperature impact test to ensure that the valve does not become brittle under low temperature conditions and can withstand the impact of low temperature media;
7. Low temperature (cryogenic) valves are subjected to low temperature treatment and impact tests in accordance with corresponding material specifications.
8. The electrostatic function is more powerful, and the on-resistance between the valve body and the valve stem or the internal parts and the valve body is less than 1 ohm.
