Buhrer brand's main action element is a metal capsule, which is filled with a liquid with a vaporization temperature lower than the saturation temperature of water. When the device is just started, low-temperature condensed water appears in the pipeline, the liquid in the capsule is in a condensed state, and the valve is in the open position. When the temperature of the condensate gradually rises, the filling liquid in the capsule begins to evaporate, the pressure in the capsule rises, and the diaphragm moves the valve core to the closing direction. Before the condensate reaches the saturation temperature, the trap is completely closed. The diaphragm box controls the valve opening and closing as the steam temperature changes, and plays a role of blocking steam and draining water. There are two types of capsules with valve opening temperature lower than the saturation temperature: 15 ℃ and 30 ℃.
