The upper part of the Y-type pneumatic trap is composed of a bonnet and a stuffing box, which facilitates quick disassembly and repair and maintenance in situ. The construction of the tilting stem and the optimum runner shape design allow the media to be nearly straight, with the valve having an optimum Cv value, resulting in a lower pressure drop than other valves.

The valve body is welded with a special process to weld the hard alloy sealing surface (the surface of the sealing surface is hardened by the whole), and the structure is more compact. The tapered sealing surface design allows for a small axial force to seal, providing a reliable seal and long life.

The valve flap guided by the cavity in the valve body has two upper and lower guiding rings, and the top and bottom of the valve flap are simultaneously guided to form a piston valve valve which is guided in the middle of the valve body, which can eliminate the various force caused by improper force. The card is dead, the surface is scratched, the valve stem is bent, and the valve flap is vibrated. The guide ring at the bottom of the disc passes 90% of the fluid in a nearly straight line, effectively eliminating all side-effects caused by side impacts. These features make the valve ideal for rapid "emission" and "hydrophobic" systems in power station steam.

The valve sealing surface is welded with cemented carbide. The alloy has excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance and erosion resistance, and can maintain the long service life of the valve.

The valve stem packing adopts imported special packing, which can achieve the best anti-leakage effect, and is durable and easy to disassemble. The sealing between the stuffing box and the valve body is clamped with 316 high-gloss flexible graphite pad, assembled with a predetermined torque, safe and reliable, to prevent leakage.

The pneumatic device is used as the actuator, and the control of the valve is precise, safe and effective.

The stuffing box is designed with special structure to ensure sufficient strength and good thermal properties.
