Pneumatic Needle Valves are used to reduce the rate of flow in a leg of a pneumatic circuit, consequently slowing actuator speed.  Unlike a Flow Control, a Needle Valve is bi-directional, meaning it controls flow in both directions instead of only one direction.  A finely threaded stem allows the gradual adjustment of the amount of controlled flow passing through the valve.  Flow enters the input port, travels through an orifice sized by the tapered stem and out the output port.

Pneumatic air valves are typically made from brass, bronze, steel or metal alloys and may also be anodized to provide corrosion resistance. 客户对产品有特殊要求，须在订货合同中提供以下说明：

（1）结构长度；

（2）连接形式；

（3）公称直径、全通径、缩径、管道尺寸；

（4）运用介质及温度、压力范围；

（5）实验、检验标准及其他要求；

（6）本场可根据客户特殊要求配置各类驱动装置；

如由客户提供确定的阀门类型和型号时，客户应正确说明其型号的含义和要求，在供需双方理解一致的条件下签订合同。
