For analog MFC, it is generally necessary to equip the computer with A/D, D/A converter board, analog/digital conversion for receiving flow measurement values, and digital/analog conversion for giving 0-5VDC flow setting signal. The conversion board is easily available in the industrial control product market; if the MFC is directly connected to a computer, the user is required to provide a ±15V power supply (requiring the power supply to have strong anti-interference capability); connect the “set” cable to the computer D/A output; The "flow detection" line is connected to the computer A/D input; the MFC signal line is connected to the computer signal line.
If the MFC is connected to the computer through the flow display device, the "peripheral" line of the flow display device is connected to the computer D/A output; the "flow detection" line is connected to the computer A/D input; the signal ground of the display device and the computer signal line Link can be.
