Can you change the MFM/MFC's range? What should I pay attention to when changing the measurement range?

Changing the MFM/MFC range requires replacement of components such as the shunt valve port, as well as span calibration, so users cannot change the range by themselves. Changing the measuring range should generally be performed at the production plant or a designated maintenance station. If you feel that the range is not selected, you should contact the supplier and manufacturer.
When changing the MFM/MFC range, also pay attention to whether or not your flow meter should be adjusted. If the flow is displayed as a percentage, the display does not need to be changed; if the flow is displayed as SCCM or SLM, the flow display is generally adjusted to accommodate the new flow range. It is also possible not to adjust the flow meter, only to correct the flow display value by a correction factor:
Correction factor = new full-scale value / original full-scale value.
To change the flowmeter's problem, please read the instructions for the flowmeter carefully. If you have instructions for changing the range, you can change it as required. If there is no explanation, please contact the manufacturer.
