Daily maintenance and management of electric valve

Electric valves are usually connected by electric actuators and valves, and become electric valves after installation and commissioning.
The electric valve uses electric energy as the power to connect the electric actuator to drive the valve, so as to realize the switch and regulating action of the valve. So as to achieve the purpose of switching or regulating the piping medium.
The solenoid valve is a kind of electric valve; it uses the magnetic field produced by the electromagnetic coil to pull the valve core, so as to change the valve body's break, the coil is cut off, and the valve core is refunded by the pressure of the spring.

1, electric valves should be kept in dry and ventilated rooms, and the ends of both ends must be blocked.
2, long-term storage of electric valves should be regularly checked, remove dirt, and apply anti rust oil on the surface.

3. After installation, inspection should be conducted regularly. The main inspection items are:
(1) the wear condition of the seal face.
(2) wear of the trapezoidal thread of the stem and stem nut.
(3) if the filling is out of date, if there is any damage, it should be replaced in time.
(4) after the electric valve is repaired and assembled, the sealing performance test shall be carried out.
In operation, all kinds of valves should be complete and intact. The bolts on the flange and the bracket are indispensable. The thread should be intact and no loosening is allowed. The fastening nut on the handwheel should be tightened in time if it is found loose, so as not to wear the joint or lose the handwheel and nameplate. If the handwheel is lost, it is not allowed to replace it with a spanner. The packing gland is not allowed to be skewed or without pretightening clearance. For the electric valve which is easy to be contaminated by rain, snow, dust, sand and other dirt, the valve stem must be installed with a protective cover. The scale on the electric valve should be kept intact, accurate and clear. The lead seals, caps and pneumatic accessories of electric valves should be in good condition. There should be no sag and crack in the insulation jacket. It is not allowed to knock on running electric valves, stand or support heavy objects, especially non-metallic electric valves and cast iron electric valves.
