Pre operation preparation:
1 before operating the valve, we should read the operation instructions carefully.
2 before operation, we must know the direction of the gas flow. We should pay attention to check the valve opening and closing signs.
3 check the appearance of electric valve, see whether the electric valve is damp, if there is damp to do dry treatment; if found other problems to be handled in time, no trouble operation.
4 for the electric device that has been stopped for more than 3 months, the clutch should be checked before starting, and the insulation, steering and electrical circuit of the motor are checked after the handle is in the manual position.
Attention to electric valve operation:
1 when starting, confirm the clutch handle in the corresponding position
2 if the electric valve is controlled in the control room, switch the switch to REMOTE position, and then control the switch of the electric valve through the SCADA system.
3 if manual control, switch the switch to the LOCAL position, operate the switch of the electric valve in place, and the electric valve will stop working automatically when the valve is in place or in place. Finally, the operation switch switch is hit to the middle position.
4 when using the on-site operation valve, monitor the opening and closing of the valve and the operation of the stem. The valve opening and closing must meet the requirements.
5 when field operation is used to close the valve, the electric valve should be stopped before the valve is in place.
6 when the valve is set after the stroke and the super torque controller is set, the control of the stroke should be monitored when the valve is first full or complete. If the valve switch is not stopped at the position, the emergency stop should be done by hand immediately.
7 during the process of opening and closing the valve, it should be stopped in time to find that the signal indicator is wrong and the valve has abnormal noise.
8 the power of the electric valve should be turned off after the operation is successful.
9 while operating multiple valves, attention should be paid to the sequence of operation and to meet the production process requirements.
10 open the larger caliber valve with bypass valve, if the pressure difference between the two ends is large, the bypass valve should be opened first, then the main valve should be opened, and the bypass valve should be closed immediately after the main valve is opened.
11 when sending and receiving the ball, the ball valve must be fully opened.
12 the operation of ball valves, gate valves, globe valves and butterfly valves can only be fully or completely closed, and no adjustment is strictly prohibited.
13 when operating gate valves, globe valves and flat valves, when turning off or opening to the upper dead center or the lower dead center, they should turn 1/2 to 1 circles.

Daily electric valve maintenance:
1, electric valves should be kept in dry and ventilated rooms, and the ends of both ends must be blocked.
2, long-term storage of electric valves should be regularly checked, remove dirt, and apply anti rust oil on the surface.
3. After installation, inspection should be conducted regularly. The main inspection items are:
(1) the wear condition of the seal face.
(2) wear of the trapezoidal thread of the stem and stem nut.
(3) if the filling is out of date, if there is any damage, it should be replaced in time.
(4) after the electric valve is repaired and assembled, the sealing performance test shall be carried out.
In operation, all kinds of valves should be complete and intact. The flange thread and the bolts on the bracket are indispensable. The thread should be intact and no loosening is allowed. The fastening nut on the handwheel should be tightened in time if it is found loose, so as not to wear the joint or lose the handwheel and nameplate. If the handwheel is lost, it is not allowed to replace it with a spanner. The packing gland is not allowed to be skewed or without pretightening clearance. For the electric valve which is easy to be contaminated by rain, snow, dust, sand and other dirt, the valve stem must be installed with a protective cover. The scale on the electric valve should be kept intact, accurate and clear. The lead seals, caps and pneumatic accessories of electric valves should be in good condition. There should be no sag and crack in the insulation jacket.
It is not allowed to knock on running electric valves, stand or support heavy objects, especially non-metallic electric valves and cast iron electric valves.
