The Mass Flow Meter is a versatile, elastic-sealed mass flow controller that measures and controls gas flow in a variety of applications, especially where reproducibility is critical. With a suitable pressure controller, the mass flow meter can also be used as a pressure controller. The mass flowmeter is a mass flowmeter that uses the fluid mass flow rate to modulate the vibration of the vibrating tube, that is, the Coriolis force phenomenon, and is generally composed of a sensor and a transmitter.
For mass flow controllers on the market today, mass flow meters can be used as a direct replacement, and the standard 3-inch base allows mass flow meters to be installed directly without the need to change existing gas lines. It has both digital and analog modes with an accuracy of 1% of full scale. The mass flow meter is a flow meter designed based on the principle of thermal diffusion. That is, when the fluid flows through the heat generating object, the heat loss of the heat generating object is proportional to the flow rate of the fluid. The mass flow meter sensor has two standard-grade RTDs, one for the heat source and one for the fluid temperature. When the fluid flows, the temperature difference between the two is linear with the flow rate. Microelectronic control technology, mass flow meter converts this relationship into a linear output that measures the flow signal. The mass flow meter has excellent functions and is increasingly used.
