Design of mass flow meter standard device - focus on microfluidic control technology

The technical indicators designed according to the measurement range of the mass flow meter are:
1. Accuracy of the device: better than ±0.05% for the DN25(15) 50(40) 100(80) experimental section.
2. Flow rate of each experimental section: The highest flow rate reaches 7 m/s, and the flow range of each experimental section is 1:20.
3. Weighing time: When working according to the principle of static mass method, the design of weighing capacity volume should ensure that the weighing time is not less than 40s at the maximum flow rate of each experimental section; to reduce the weighing time under minimum flow, The weighing container can be used at 50% of the maximum weighing, and the electronic weighing system still guarantees the highest precision.
4. Weighing capacity volume: To ensure the weighing time of 40s, the volume of each capacity is TK1 500m3 and TK2 3000m3 respectively.
