      1 pulsation and vibration: In order not to affect the mass flowmeter that occurs in the process and external mechanical vibration, ask our factory about the resonance frequency range of the mass flowmeter provided to determine whether the on-site pulsation or vibration frequency is close to the resonance of the mass flowmeter. frequency.
      2 Prevent the interaction between mass flowmeters: Since two mass flowmeters of the same model are installed in series, or multiple mass flowmeters are installed close to each other, especially when mounted on the same support gantry, the vibration of the measuring tube will cause each mass flowmeter Mutual influence, causing disturbances and causing abnormal vibrations. In severe cases, the instrument cannot work. Precautions should be taken during installation.
      3 Pipe stress and distortion: The flange of the flowmeter should be evenly connected to the pipe flange when tightening the bolt. Do not stress the mass flowmeter. If the short pipe of the same length as the mass flow meter is pre-connected when the pipe is laid, the stress formed by the poor pipe can be prevented.
      In addition, when debugging the liquid flow meter, it is also necessary to measure the strong abrasive slurry. It is best to use the straight tube single tube type and the measuring tube should be in the vertical position to avoid uneven wall wear and shorten the service life. However, thinning of the wall thickness will reduce the rigidity of the measuring tube and change the flow measurement value, so it is necessary to periodically check during the operation of such a place to confirm the use period.
