What are the main advantages of the mass flow meter / mass flow controller?

(1) The measurement and control of flow is not subject to fluctuations due to temperature or pressure fluctuations.
For most flow measurement and control systems, it is difficult to avoid system pressure fluctuations and environmental and media temperature changes. For normal flow meters, pressure and temperature fluctuations will result in large errors; for mass flow meters/mass flow controllers, they are generally negligible.
(2) Automation of measurement control
The mass flow meter / mass flow controller can output the flow measurement value as an output standard electrical signal. This is very easy to achieve digital display of the flow, automatic measurement of cumulative flow, automatic data recording, computer management and so on. For mass flow controllers, automatic flow control can also be achieved. Usually, the analog MFC/MFM input and output signals are 0~+5V or 4~20mA. The digital MFC/MFM is also equipped with RS232 or RS485 digital serial communication port, which can be easily connected to the computer for automatic control.
(3) Accurate quantitative control of flow
The mass flow controller can accurately control the amount of gas given, which is particularly useful for flow control in many processes, proportional control for different gases, and the like.
(4) Wide application range
There is a wide range of working pressure, our products can be from vacuum up to 10MPa; can be applied to a variety of gaseous media (including some corrosive gases such as HCL); there is a wide range of flow, our product minimum flow range up to 0 to 5 sccm, the maximum flow range is 0 to 200 slm. The resolution of the flow display can reach 0.1% of full scale, and the flow control range is 2~100% of full scale (the range ratio is -50:1), so it is widely used in many fields.
