The Mass Flow Meter, or Mass Flow Meter (abbreviated as MFM), is an instrument that accurately measures gas flow. The measured value is not misaligned due to temperature or pressure fluctuations and does not require temperature and pressure compensation.
The mass flow controller, Mass Flow Controller (abbreviated as MFC), not only has the function of a mass flow meter, but more importantly, it can automatically control the gas flow, that is, the user can set the flow rate as required, and the MFC automatically sets the flow rate. Constant at the set value, even if the system pressure fluctuations or changes in ambient temperature, it will not make it deviate from the set value. Simply put, the mass flow controller is a steady flow device, a gas steady flow device that can be manually set or automatically controlled by a computer.
