Pressure transmitters account for a significant portion of the products in the instrumentation industry. According to statistics of foreign industrial countries, the output value of the pressure transmitter is the sum of the compressor, fan and pump, accounting for about 5% of the total industrial output value of the instrument.
As an important part of major technical equipment, especially in the power, petrochemical, metallurgy, and urban water supply and drainage systems, pressure transmitters play a key role and are used in large quantities. Analysis of the industry, resulting in the current pressure transmitter market in China is mainly due to two reasons:
First, there is still a gap between domestic pressure transmitter products and imported products, and the quality needs to be improved;
Second, some users are not aware of localization, and even artificially set thresholds, making it difficult for domestic companies to win bids when competing with foreign companies.
Therefore, the pressure transmitter industry should vigorously adopt international standards and foreign advanced standards, strictly implement the existing national standards, reform existing products, and make the updated products reach the international level. At the same time, the pressure transmitter industry should take effective measures for the selection of raw materials for castings and forgings, casting processes, forging processes, and heat treatment, so that the quality of castings and forgings as well as the quality of appearance can reach the international level.
On the other hand, it should continue to carry out internal and external leakage research, strict mechanical processing technology, and vigorously promote new types of sealing materials, improve the precision of the processing of key parts of the product, extend the service life of the product, so that the pressure transmitter a short and two leakage phenomenon fundamentally improved .
