Differential Pressure Transmitter Calibration Specification - Focus on Microfluidic Control Technology

a. Zero and full scale adjustment: When the input signal is zero, adjust the output current to zero; when the pressure chamber is pressurized to the rated differential pressure, adjust the output current to 10mA. Zero and full scale should be adjusted repeatedly until Both meet the requirements.
b. Basic error and return error calibration: Pressurize the positive pressure chamber, increase 20% of the range in turn, and measure the output current at each point. The basic error and return error should not exceed the allowable error of the transmitter.
c. Limit device adjustment: add 1.25 times the full-scale differential pressure to the positive pressure chamber, adjust the limit device, so that the output current is limited to 10.2mA.
