Overcoming scale

Whether it is a solenoid valve or an electric valve, the scale not only causes the leakage of the valve, but it will even affect the normal work of the valve, so how to eliminate the influence of the scale has been a common concern of the people in the industry.

The scope of the solenoid valve process is too wide, but it can be summed up because of the poor performance of the control valve due to the difference between the design executive and the use of the filling material.

1, the existence of dead zones in the process will cause the process variables to deviate from the original set point. Therefore, the output of the controller must be increased enough to overcome the dead zone, and only this corrective action will take place.

2. 1. The main factors that affect the dead zone are friction, wandering, torsion of the valve shaft and dead zone of the amplifier. Various control valves are sensitive to friction, for example, the rotary valve is very sensitive to the friction caused by the high seat load, so it is noticed in use. But for some sealing types, high seat load is necessary to achieve a closed level. In this way, the design of the valve is very poor, and it is easy to cause a large dead zone, which is obvious to the deviation of the process.

2. Wear. Valve when in normal use and wear is can hardly be avoided, but the wear of lubricating layer is the most powerful, according to the experiment confirmed that the lubricating rotary valve action only a few hundred cycles, lubricating layer can almost use just brush. In addition, the load caused by pressure also causes the wear of the seal layer, which are the main factors leading to the increase of friction. What is the result? The performance of the control valve is devastating!

(3) packing friction is the main source of control valve friction, and the friction force caused by different filler is very different.

4. Different types of actuators also have a fundamental effect on friction. Generally speaking, spring film actuators are better than piston actuators.
