Electromagnet test method description
1. Electromagnet temperature rise test The temperature rise of the electromagnet is usually measured by a resistance method and a thermometer method. Because the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the solenoid coil is large, only the outside temperature of the test wire circle is passed and no accurate temperature rise results can be obtained. In general, the electromagnet coils in the cold and hot states of the electromagnets are also tested for resistance, and the temperature rise of the electromagnet coils is calculated using the resistivity of the copper coin. The thermometer method is to directly observe the temperature rise of the electromagnet by fixing the probe of the thermometer on the surface of the electromagnet coil or other locations where the electromagnet is at a higher temperature. Under normal circumstances, it is generally necessary to add 10 to 30°C on the basis of the measured value to be electromagnetic. The temperature inside the iron coil. 2. Strength test electromagnet (1) Electromagnet attraction: The slide bar stays vertical and the electromagnet loads upward (2) Electromagnet Residual Attraction: The slide bar is in vertical position and the electromagnet load is downward (3) Electromagnet holding force: The slide bar is in the vertical position and the electromagnet is loaded upward
